When you get paid

1. With every paid order your commission is created and appears in your earnings.
2. Then a waiting period of 14 days from the purchase runs. It protects against cancellations and withdrawals: if an order is reversed, the commission is dropped as well, as long as it has not been paid out yet. The earnings table shows you per row whether it is still in the waiting period, available or paid out.
3. Pay out at the push of a button, from €25. As soon as at least €25 is available, you collect your money in the Center with one click to your bank account. We cover the payout fees. Below €25 the balance simply stays and keeps growing. It does not expire over time. If you delete your account, it is forfeited.

The payout account

So that we can transfer commission to you, you set up an account with Stripe once (Settings ▸ Payout). Your identity and bank details go directly to Stripe, we do not see them. One account for all marketplaces, so you do this exactly once. In the app, Stripe opens in the phone's browser; the app stays put, and you come back afterwards.

After the click

The page shows what is available and what is still in the waiting period. After "Pay out now" the money is on its way to your bank account; depending on the bank it takes one to two working days. If a remainder from an earlier payout is still being clarified, that is stated; we take care of it, you do not have to do anything. "Go to your Stripe account" takes you to Stripe in case something is still missing there.

Under Settings ▸ Payout and tax you also find your credit notes; one tap opens the PDF. If one of them is not right, you raise an objection there, see Rules for promoting.
