Rules for promoting

These rules apply to all products and all creators alike, on all marketplaces. There are no separate rules of individual brands, except for labelling: if a brand requires a particular label, it applies in addition. Otherwise what is written here is the whole agreement alongside your creator contract. Stick to it and there will be no surprises.

Labelling

  • Every post with your code or link is advertising, and paid advertising at that, because you earn on every sale. Label it the way the law in your country and the platform require: "Ad" or "Advertisement" clearly at the start, spoken or shown on screen in videos, not hidden in a pile of hashtags. On platforms with their own labelling (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) you use that in addition.
  • Say that it is a discount code with commission if you are asked. There is nothing forbidden about it, but it is something your audience is entitled to know.

What you may say

  • Only what the brand itself says. The product page is the limit. You may describe, show and tell your own experience, but not promise an effect that is not stated there.
  • No promises of cures or health effects. For food supplements the Health Claims Regulation applies, for cosmetics the Cosmetics Regulation. "Helps against", "cures", "replaces" and before-and-after promises are just as forbidden for you as for the brand, even if that is how you experienced it.
  • No comparison that disparages other brands, and no invented scarcity or deadlines ("today only" when it is not true).
  • Price and discount correct. Your code gives exactly the percentage shown in your product list, on the price shown in the shop. No other figures.
  • Show the product as it is. Your own photos and videos are welcome; brand material only as the brand releases it, and not edited in a way that deceives.

Where and how

  • Your code belongs in your own channels, not on voucher and coupon sites, not in forums where you are not known, not in mass messages. A code that turns up on a coupon site is deactivated.
  • No bought reach, no bots, no click incentives ("buy and I'll pay you back the discount").
  • No own purchases for the commission. The discount applies to you, but no commission is created (see Your code and how you earn). Detours via family or friends' accounts count as self-purchase.
  • Do not address minors, and do not promote anything to groups the product is not intended for.
  • Follow the rules of the platform you publish on.

What happens in case of violations

We look, and brands report to us what they see. In case of a violation we write to you first. If it continues or is serious (deception, coupon sites, self-purchase), we deactivate your code and may suspend your account. Commission already earned remains yours, including from the affected sales. If the suspension takes away access to your account, we pay out your open balance within 30 days. Buying with your own code earns no commission.

If you disagree

We give you written reasons for every suspension: what applies, where and for how long, why, and how you can challenge it. If you are suspended, you see a card in the Center with the reason and the button Lodge an appeal. The appeal is possible within six months and is free of charge, and a different person than the one who decided reviews it. We confirm receipt and reply within 14 days with reasons. Instead of the form, an email to creators@032-ventures.com is also sufficient.

If the attribution of a sale, a line in your earnings or a credit note is not right, you raise an objection under Settings ▸ Payout and tax, within 30 days of us sending you the credit note, likewise free of charge and with a reply within 14 days.

Reporting

If you consider a product in your list unlawful, for example counterfeit or with inadmissible health claims, tap Report below it. This opens the reporting form of the marketplace where the product is offered; the location is already filled in. A report is not yet a decision: the marketplace reviews it, and a person decides.
