Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the Center at any time, even without the app. Two cases:

• You had no earnings: everything is deleted completely, even if you were already approved.
• You had earnings: your login and your codes are permanently deactivated, your profile is anonymised. We must keep your name, address and tax number under statutory retention obligations (Section 147 German Fiscal Code, Section 14 German VAT Act). They are tied to the documents about your income.

It is best to pay out your balance before deleting. Deleting forfeits it, including commission still in the waiting period. A payout you triggered beforehand runs to completion. The Center tells you the amount that would be forfeited and confirms the deletion only after that.
