Why your product list may be empty

A product appears for you only when three things are true at the same time: it is live on its marketplace, the brand has committed a commission greater than zero, and that commitment has not expired.

An empty list therefore almost always means: the brands have not (yet) committed any commissions, not that something is broken. As soon as a commitment comes in, the product shows up for you without anything further to do.
